The house is built on top of the hill in a dominant situation overlooking the valley of San Lorenzo as far as Santa Eulalia and Es Cana. The expansive view also reaches the sea towards the island of Formentera.

The hills of San Lorenzo are one of the best protected areas of the island and certainly the greenest. A few hundred meters below lies the oldest settlement of the island, Balafi, dating from Phoenician times. This is the most authentic surrounding in Ibiza.
