Cala Salada

Cove with fine sand and separated into two parts by a rocky promontory. The waters are very clean, offering a spectacular view of the rocky ledges under the water. An ideal place to practice snorkeling. There is a small dirt-track leading through a little pine wood up to the top of the cliff, and steeply down to a small cove of ochre-colored sand on the other side. The water is of a beautiful turquoise color. The ambiance can vary, but mostly families. There are numerous boats and vessels anchored in this bay. As the cove is so close to San Antonio we recommend this little beach for the week-ends.

Services:  There are car parks at the entrances to the beach, but during the summer season they are rather overcrowded during the week-ends. Sun beds, sunshades. There is one restaurant at the far end of the cove, that serves Paella and grilled fish.
